I have been fortunate to have wonderful mentors throughout my life, across every place I have lived—Singapore, the UK, the US, and now Germany.
Yet, I have also witnessed toxic environments in neighboring labs, both within and outside institutions.
I have done my best to help others navigate these difficult situations.
